NorthStar’s approach to each customer requirement is predicated on a four step methodology that includes the following
- Define the Problem or Need – We will first sit down with your leadership team to define the need or problem being addressed. This meeting will ensure accurate objectives are understood and key success factors or clearly established.
- Establish the Plan – We will then take the core project team and build an actionable plan designed to quickly get resources working on the deliverables needed to achieve all objectives.
- Take Action – As soon as possible we will begin execution on the plan and begin to monitor key performance indicators to ensure we stay on-time, on-budget, and at the levels of quality needed to achieve all success factors.
- Close-Out the Plan – Once we have achieved the objectives and have confirmed their delivery with those in receipt, we will close-out the plan to ensure resources are released back to your organization. We will also capture the key learnings from the participants for future use.
