Job Responsibilities

  • Requirements facilitation and documentation in agile environment
  • Serve as owner of business work stream deliverables for new functionality requests
  • Produce Business Requirements Documents/User Stories to include business process flows, business requirements definition, use case inventories, textual use cases, activity diagrams, etc.
  • Serve as point of contact for external departments to funnel requirements to delivery team
  • Interface with UI Team to ensure UI deliverables are aligned to business requirements
  • Support user acceptance testing through the creation and execution of user acceptance test plans (as required)
  • Strong agile background and technical skills

This position has a high level of visibility, candidates need to be strong leaders, able to communicate clearly and confidently at all levels.

  • Candidates should be able to work independently with limited guidance.
  • Candidates should have previous experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Should have a minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role
  • CBAP and/or CCBA Certifications, preferred
  • Previous consulting experience, a plus
  • Prior experience in Telecommunications/Media Industry, a plus
