Searching for a rockstar Program Manager with proven success in increasing e-commerce sales of profitable products. This Program Manager is responsible for driving the on-time delivery of digital acquisition and self-service experiences across our portfolio of business products. This role will facilitate continual communication and collaboration among internal core teams to ensure all lines of business are developed to specifications and completed according to schedule. Working closely with the Project Lead and other key stakeholders, the Program Manager will plan, track, and report on the development schedule of all tracks for the acquisition of new customers and self-service for existing customers.

The Program Manager will lead continuous efforts to improve process efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize communication within the product development discipline. Additionally, they will support the Project Lead in troubleshooting and resolving product work flow issues with regards to intake to launch and in-market testing.

Responsibilities
