Bio:
Chris Collins is the Founder and President of NorthStar Solutions Group and the architect of NorthStar’s Strategy Realization model. A West Point graduate and U.S. Army veteran, Chris brings 35+ years of military, consulting, leadership, and client delivery experience to the work of helping organizations move from strategic intent to realized outcomes.
He leads NorthStar’s approach to aligning data, process, technology, talent, execution management, and transformation support around the outcomes clients need to achieve. Chris also serves as an executive sponsor and delivery architect for strategic client engagements, helping define the work, assemble the right capabilities, and keep teams focused on value realized.
