Chris Collins


Chris has provided guidance and leadership across many different industries and functions for 25+ years. Having served in command and staff positions from the platoon to Joint Task Force level, Chris continues to provide his leadership and management consultation to Fortune 100 companies.

Bill Fox

VP, Employee Support & Operations

Bill brings 20+ years experience successfully working in all areas of company operations. He works with the President and Senior Management to plan, manage and oversee operational activities to ensure they align with the overall NorthStar corporate goals and objectives.

Throughout the year, NorthStar employees enjoy quarterly happy hours, seasonal events, and the NorthStar’s Guiding Light program to benefit Veterans. As part of the Employee Morale and Welfare program, offering opportunities outside of project engagements to build team relationships.
