The brand was looking for a new agency of record for social community management and customer care. The client wanted to find answers on several aspects of its industry and competitors. We identified how the brand was currently performing versus its competitors by looking into community management metrics such as response rate and time. Additionally, our team researched how the brand was seen by the audience on social media compared to its competitors, identifying white space opportunities for unique ways to respond to customer comments. To improve its customer experience, our team identified the best-in-class response rate and response time for the industry that the agency would ensure to adhere to. To perform an adequate analysis, our team used the tools Brandwatch, Helixa, Tagger Media, Unmetric and Talkwalker. We identified the influencers that best fit the brand for use on social campaign content through 2022. Through comprehensive insights that drive each aspect of the pitch response strategy, the agency won the significant new piece of business from the brand.
